Moonlight Sonata Starfish Eggplant

#1 Son brought this beauty back from a family-owned farm in southern New Jersey.  Ain't it a beauty? 

Unpeeled, sliced 1/4" thick, soaked in salt water for hours, mixed with olive oil, S&P, and broiled on the grill.  Mmmmm.
